Why it's worth it

Şalgam is the fermented purple carrot drink of Adana and southern Turkey, drunk with kebab or alongside rakı, and Doğanay is the best-known brand. Nothing like it exists on Czech shelves, which makes it one of the most adventurous things to put in a Turkish basket.
